Summary
The Inventory Control Manager analyzes and maintains records of materials in inventory and supplies on order and directly oversees a team of Receiving and Inventory clerks. This role is a Subject Matter expert for inventory control and provides guidance across departments. The Inventory Control Manager monitors inventory and initiate action to replenish and organize inventory. They reconcile discrepancies in inventories and supplies, and notify others including the Plant Managers, Logistics Managers, Department Managers and Purchasing team, as necessary, of irregularities.
Summary
Maintenance technician III applies electronic theory, principles of electrical circuits, electrical testing procedures, engineering mathematics, physics, and related knowledge to layout, build, test, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment. This position is also responsible for the daily repairs and preventative maintenance of all equipment throughout the facility as well as any other electrical, mechanical or plumbing issues that arise.

Perform adjustments to the injection molding process as needed to maintain acceptable Quality to M&M standards. Must be knowledgeable in sitting of molds and performing die changes, perform color and material changeovers. Must be able to startup and maintain injection molding machines and adjust cycle times to maintain production standards. Being able to adjust Yushin robots is a plus.

Responsible for the machines assigned to you. To keep the proper material and color filled on each plastic injection machine. To clear out any jammed product from under the machine. Also work with the processors assigned to that machine.
The QA Manager supports the Director of Quality to ensure daily goals are being met. The Quality Manager provides guidance, training, support, and direction to direct reports to ensure desired results are achieved. Must be a results-driven leader with a passion for implementing and sustaining improvements, with the ability to think strategically, solve problems, analyze data, lead members, and drive quality. Must be able to communicate with internal and external customers and management clearly and effectively. Acts as Management Representative for Regulatory compliance, including ISO 9001 and UN/Hazmat DOT requirements.
Must be a results oriented hands-on leader with a passion for implementing and sustaining improvements, the ability to think strategically, solve problems, lead members, and drive quality in their facilities.
Shift Leads are integral members of the M & M Industries Inc. team and responsible for implementing and sustaining change, controlling inventory and material flow, ensuring to meet the needs of customers, and driving to bottom line results.
Day to day, this individual is responsible for communicating expectations, motivating team members, teaching new processes, mentoring members, sharing experiences of best practices, empowering members to recognize and make improvements, and leading department initiatives. Also oversees and support the injection molding process as needed to maintain acceptable quality to M&M standards. Knowledge of auxiliary equipment such as Beck robotic automation, Martin Automation, and Kase Heat Transfer Application is a plus.

We currently have an open position for a Quality Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for performing product and material inspection and testing to ensure compliance with specifications. You will also use knowledge of quality control, production operations, and documentation to participate in process improvements and investigations, when required. As a member of the QA self-directed teams you will be responsible for taking action to support the department and company goals.
