Chief Human Resources Officer

M&M Industries, Inc., a family-owned leading U.S. based rigid packaging manufacturer headquartered in Chattanooga, TN (mmpail.com) is seeking a strategic, service- minded and employee centric leader for our new Chief Human Resources Officer role.  Reporting to the CEO and a member of the executive team, the CHRO will lead the people functions to support M&M’s mission:  Pioneering and delivering imaginative packaging solutions driven by our passion to serve and model our core values of: Alliances for Life, Do the Right Thing, Deliberate Urgency, Get in Front of It, and Teamwork.

The Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. The Chief Human Resources Officer reports to the President/CEO and is a member of the executive leadership team who will lead strategic human resource development consistent with the core values of M&M.

Maintenance Technician III - Third Shift

Summary

Maintenance technician 3 applies electronic theory, principles of electrical circuits, electrical testing procedures, engineering mathematics, physics, and related knowledge to layout, build, test, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment. This position is also responsible for the daily repairs and preventative maintenance of all equipment throughout the facility as well as any other electrical, mechanical or plumbing issues that arise.

Purchasing Agent

Summary

Performs all duties related to purchase order entry and post- entry supply chain tracking. Interacts with suppliers, both foreign and domestic, to maintain pricing and delivery scheduling. Interacts with internal personnel as a liaison between Plant Production and Suppliers. Must also be able to procure required materials by verifying, preparing, and forwarding purchase orders to approved vendors.

Logistics Manager

Summary

This position is responsible to move products, materials and other goods to ensure they are in the right place to meet customer demand, this includes receiving, production supply, shipping, and warehousing ensuring an effective operation that supports current and future requirements.

The position will assess the businesses, seeking synergies and driving operational efficiencies thus identifying the right suppliers for inbound and outbound logistics and warehousing operations.

The position works in partnership with Production, Purchasing, and Planning ensuring products are delivered in full and on time, while maintaining lean / organized warehouses and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Perform adjustments to the injection molding process as needed to maintain acceptable Quality to M&M standards. Must be knowledgeable in sitting of molds and performing die changes, perform color and material changeovers. Must be able to startup and maintain injection molding machines and adjust cycle times to maintain production standards. Being able to adjust Yushin robots is a plus.

Maintenance Manager

Summary

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for safety leadership and all maintenance operations, including equipment safety, maximizing machine productivity and uptime, as well as the condition and upkeep of the facility. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager.
