Director of Quality Assurance

Responsible for the design and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met through all facets of M&M operations including production, warehousing, maintenance and customer support.   Direct responsibility for the quality function at each manufacturing location. Requires a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty along with a minimum of seven years in a senior quality management role. As a senior leader, this position is expected to contribute improvement planning and opportunities that will support strategic growth.  Responsible for ensuring that work activities and resources are utilized in accordance with quality specifications, initiatives and goals.

Print Room - Forklift Operator (3rd)

Responsible for pulling material that’s needed to keep the printing presses running. Wrap the pallets after printing for shipping. Scan any movement of pallets using a hand held RF scanner to assure that locations and inventory levels are correct.

Quality Tech Floater

Must be able to work a flexible Schedule. Hours and shifts may verify depending on production needs

We currently have an open position for a Quality Technician Floater.  In this role, you will be responsible for performing product and material inspection and testing to ensure compliance with specifications. Reads and interprets complex engineering drawings and work-process documentation. Designs, builds, and repairs molds used to mass-produce plastic components. Builds precision mold components using conventional and numerically controlled metal-cutting machines and equipment, including saws, drills, grinders, lathes, mills, and electrical discharge machines.  Provides support to the production departments by assisting in solving and repairing existing tooling problems.  Effectively manage and prioritize daily activities to meet all due dates.

Perform adjustments to the injection molding process as needed to maintain acceptable Quality to M&M standards. Must be knowledgeable in sitting of molds and performing die changes, perform color and material changeovers. Must be able to startup and maintain injection molding machines and adjust cycle times to maintain production standards. Being able to adjust Yushin robots is a plus.
