About Heat Transfer Labeling

Heat transfer label printing on plastic pails is a process of transferring designs, logos, or other graphics onto the surface of plastic pails using heat and pressure.

In this process, a specialized printer prints the design onto a heat transfer paper using specialized inks that are specifically designed for printing on plastic. The heat transfer paper is then placed onto the surface of the plastic pail and subjected to heat and pressure using a heat press machine. The heat and pressure cause the ink on the paper to transfer onto the surface of the bucket, creating a durable and long-lasting label.
